The property is accessed via a communal Street Door and Lobby Area used by all Flats in the Building. There is then a "Double Winder" Staircase down to the Lower Ground Floor. Unfortunately there is no Lift or separate access suitable for Wheel Chairs.

Equipped with 4'6" Double Bed, Wardrobe and Window to Private Terrace.
BEDROOM 2
Equipped with 4'6" Double Bed with 3' Single Bunk Bed above it, Chest of Drawers and Window to Private Terrace. This Bedroom also has space for a Travel Cot which can be provided if requested.

W/C, Wash-basin, Bath with Shower above it.
